I am thankful always to Prof. Anup Dash for leading an academically reach and timely relevant RLDWL International Conference in Bhubanesware. Let me take this opportunity to introduce Sri Sri Journal of Management and Innovations (SJMI) with ISSN 2319-7587 to each one of you and invite you to contribute your research paper/article for SJMI.

SJMI is an academic review provides an international forum for innovative and carefully crafted research on different aspects of management and innovation. The objective of the Sri Sri Journal of Management and Innovation (SJMI) is to establish a scholarly forum through which the multifaceted aspects of management and innovation are identified, explored and discussed. The SJMI aims to promote constructive dialogue and foster new thinking around theory and practice, based on conceptual creativity, reasoned reflexivity and contextual awareness on major management and entrepreneurship innovation topics. While meeting high academic standards articles of SJMI aim to address practical applications and accessibility to grassroots actors and non-specialists. The SJMI is a peer-reviewed journal, with a 'double-blind' procedure involving at least two reviewers.
SJMI is currently accepting articles for publication for the month of July 2013. Topics related to management and innovations include (but are not limited to) as below:
  • Business Ethics/ Business Communication
  • Economic Environment of Business
  • Finance and accounting
  • Marketing
  • Applied economics
  • Operations management
  • Human resource management
  • International business and industrial relation,
  • Information technology
  • Environment economics
  • Social entrepreneurship and innovation
Articles reflecting diversity, cross-functional nature of management and innovation and emerging concerns are also considered for publication. Recent student papers (i.e., Capstone Projects), Ph. D. scholars’ research papers, may also accepted for review and publication. Qualitative methodologies and case-based studies are welcome. The articles should indicate if the management and innovation is a new, promising, or proven innovation and clearly identify the management problem, the solution or innovation to address the social change. The contribution will be treated as intellectual property of the author.
Format of Manuscript: The text of article should not ordinarily exceed 5000 words. All articles must be accompanied by an abstract of 300 words and up to six key words. Book reviews must contain the name of the author/editor along with full references, ISBN number, pages and price. Do use Times New Roman with 12 font size. All submissions should be made electronically, as e-mail attachment using Microsoft Word software.
